What happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form, and to the technical details this site's services see. It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, studio or publisher, game or project, campaign timing and message.
To stop the form being flooded, our server keeps your network (IP) address in memory for an hour after you send an enquiry, then discards it. Our code doesn't save it or write it to our logs.
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about a possible capture. We use your IP address only to limit spam. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell your details or share them for marketing.
Who handles it
- Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
- Vercel hosts this site and handles the technical details needed to serve it, such as IP addresses.
- Cloudflare stores our 3D capture files. When you view a capture, your browser downloads its files straight from Cloudflare, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
All three are overseas services, so your details may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our emails with you while they're relevant to working together, then delete them.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email hello@tablepresence.io and tell us what you'd like us to do. We'll confirm once it's done.
